3:31 ,get that Ford Mustang 2 🐎 out of the GM Saturn plant 🪐😉
My friend kept a cutaway Saturn SL sedan that once was sitting on a Saturn floor ,literally the panels are cut away so you can see how it was built & how it works
GM kills off everything good
How many more GM plants will be lost when the Chinese cars come to America
I had an ION, sold it with 250,000 miles, no problems with it. Best car I have ever owned, should not have sold it. I also worked there till the Saturn Corp was killed by GM and the government car czar.
I call corporate greed
My mom had a 94 sl2 and loved it, it was better than anything comparable to what gm had in the lineup, that thing would shit and get.
Worked for a retailership from 90-96. Was sent to Spring Hill a few times for training. It was a special place and one of a kind vibe.
I had 3 Saturns.
1996-98-99 Saturn Sl2 model yr.
Very good car.
I had the twin cam engine.
The only problem that I was the transmission.
On some models you could put it reverse and nothing would happen. Then it would slip into reverse with a loud clunk, then there would be no reverse.
Warranty took care of the problem, but this happened to me 3 times in a roll. The second time I had just got it out of the shop with a new transmission, I didn't even get home from the Saturn dealer, when the transmission did ot again, no reverse or no drive. Gave up with the car,and bought a new Toyota Corolla FX. But outside of this problem, it was a pretty good car..🚘
I loved my Saturn, A '93 SL2, dressed up, and beautiful. My current ride is a Hyundai Santa Cruz, I will never buy another GM product again.

Greedy UAW autoworkers sunk another prominent factory.
VW is trying to do something very similar with the purchase of the International Scout badge. They are building a state of the art plant in Blythewood, SC to build two EVs. One a pickup, the other, an SUV. They are direct marketing the vehicles to the public beginning late 2027. The VW dealers have filed lawsuits to keep VW from going around the dealers to sell the Scout directly to the public. This concept is very similar to Tesla's. The plant is supposed to eventually employ 4000. We'll see!!
GM was it's own worst enemy and is a joke today.
My first car was a 1996 Saturn SL1 it was a great vehicle very reliable cheap to maintain cheap to insure got good MPG lasted 234k miles sadly it totaled in accident
