Feral or not… Doesn't make any difference. The so called "humans" exploited them. What does that say? I live in Vietnam, I've had children come and beg for money… They need food. I offer to buy them food, sit down and eat it. Never, not once have any of them accepted… What's waiting on the street???? A fat woman, on a very nice moter bike… Hoping he/she comes back with some money. I call it rent a orphan. But sadly, it's not renting, it's ownership.

Ferel children are created in a way more horrific way than just leaving them in a jungle. There many cases such as “The Jellyfish Children” from Blackstone Ma. where a Parent will lock the child in a dark room with no interaction and it basically breaks the child.
