Ebby's boyfriend needs another look. "He was ruled out because he was worried about her…and..he had a rock solid alibi." Really? Like what? One of his buddies was drink'n beer with him? His mom said he was asleep at home? What kind of rock solid alibi? That would assume they knew the exact time of death. Looking at his guy with his blue hair tells me she was into something much more sus than late night parties. That is not the guy you'd expect her clean-cut upper middle class appearance to be dating. I suspect drugs and maybe prostitution. Unlikely those 4 guys would have murdered her over an assault charge especially when they held the only evidence and unlikely the police were going to do anything (even if that's f'd up.) I'm not a big fan of cops but this guy is way off on blaming cops for every case, assuming one of their kids is involved in the assault..that's reaching….

1st story what if windows are down she tried to get out by putting her foot on the mirror for leverage ( dented the car door) slipped and fell into the back of the vehicle. ( with multiple windows being down the water was so much) ?

This is no REAL mystery. She got intoxicated and drove into the lake. We camp there every year and in the dark, its easy to make a wrong turn and end up in the lake. If she was intoxicated, she may not have been able to get herself out. The reason she was in the back of the car was due to it being the last part to go under water. She never drank and drove, there is a first time for everything and if she wasnt able to get a ride from someone else, she may have been in a desperate situation. Side Note: That party was pretty out of control, 200 drunk, under age KIDS being loud and obnoxious!

I'd trust AWP over the cops every time. I've seen a ton of AWP videos and they're good guys. Highly trustworthy and respectful.

These cases are all so sad and frustrating. I remember seeing a couple of them featured on crime shows, but with much less information. My absolute worst fear would be losing one of my children. And the only thing that could make it worse is a murder. BUt to add to that, not having answers or anyone paying for what they did would probably drive me literally crazy. Parents and siblings need closure when a member of their family is murdered. It's pretty sketchy in the last cases in reference to the actions of law enforcement.

Poor Ebby.. The names of her attackers need to be released to the public, it’s been 10 years and it’s more than clear the cops botched the investigation (seemingly on purpose). I want a deep dive on these monsters! Even if the creator of the video has to use the word “allegedly” a thousand times and focusses solely on the SA.

So in the last story, I'm not saying that the police weren't incompetent but in their defense, they can't just look at people's phones. You have to have a warrant for that and for that you have to have probable cause. It's really not necessarily the police's fault if they didn't look at the phones m. We need more information on that to know if they even requested a warrant or not.
Now with that being said, I think it is very possible that the police were trying to cover something up. I just like to include all possibilities.
