1. This must be epidemic throughout all of history of royal women. You had Empress Elizabeth of Austria (Sisi), This Princess Louise, and Princess Diana. I bet tons of them were anorexic or bulimic and it just never got out or they hit it or they lived through it. None of them allow to get help either for Optics. It makes perfect sense , is probably the only bit of control they had in their own lives
