Never heard of him before but I was only 11 when my family moved here to Utah back in '93. It's a shame he passed so quickly instead of suffering for a few decades first.

Arguelles was worse than an animal. Some animals, when trapped, will chew off the trapped limb to escape. I don't know of any animal that will eat its own feces & other indigestibles to escape by dying.
Wow, thank you for sharing this story. I’ve lived in Utah all my life and I watch way too much true crime. And I’ve never heard this heartbreaking story. I was too young to remember much about these murders when they happened. Keep up the amazing reporting. 🙌❤️

Same old story…a frantic parent or parents tells the police their child is missing, and they KNOW their child and KNOW it’s true; and the cops dismiss them saying, “they probably just ran away. Wait a few days, they’ll come home”. And do nothing more.

Ms. Lee, this case grabbed my attention. My co-workers stated that the pig farm body recoveries were the worst since the body recoveries from the Wilberger mine collapse. The murderer in this case, may be responsible for far more than 4 murders. The identification of Margo Bond was made at the Medical Examiner's office. Her skull was found in the west desert by a private citizen. After exfoliating the skull, a single contact lens was found in the recovered material. This perp was interviewed at the state prision; over a period of time, by an investigator from the Medical Examiner's office, based on a gut instinct.

I haven't made it all the way through this video yet. I'm only 9 minutes in. So I don't know if she's gonna cover this or not. But there's an underlying thing right here. She hasn't talked about yet, but this is a pattern with Utah. Rather, it's gang violence, serial killers, whatever they bury their heads in the sand destroy evidence pretend it's not happening. So the world don't see that bad stuff happens in Utah. And the community don't find out that our police departments, our prosecutors are completely worthless and useless and stupid. There's a lot of reasons why they did this. And to this day, January 28th of 2026. This stuff still happens every single day in Utah. There's a lot of gang violence right here in Utah that they completely ignore. And there's tons of sexual crime that they always ignore. And there's a lot of these things that go on that they always. Ignore. That's exactly how this guy's parole got denied over and over and over and over. But he still got let out. These cases are very old, and there's cases. Even older than these, but there's also things just like this going on. In Utah right now as we watch this video today. And the Utah authorities and the people in power would rather bury their heads in the sand and ignore the problems than try to fix Em. And admit that we have problems. And I'm going to say this. This leads back to the church. The LDS Church. Utah Salt Lake City is the holy land things like this aren't supposed to happen in the holy land they're trying to maintain a facade. So they ignore these kind of things. They don't report on these kind of things. They sweep these kind of things. Under the rug to maintain the facade.

Margo Bond, she was such a wonderful kind loving woman. One of my best friend’s mothers. I just got off the phone with her son. We were best friends when it happened. It absolutely crushed him and ruined his life. He never really recovered. Heartbreaking.
