1:58 I struggle with this everyday and as a vet I think ptsd comes from us having an altered fight or flight response where when you become traumatized they basically switch roles or your fight or flight response becomes dyslexic which is horrifying to know you’re gonna freeze and out your life in someone’s else hands because you don’t know how to respond due to not knowing if what you’re experiencing is real or not etc…. It’s extremely scary for vets how do have bouts of these intense feelings of existential dread and heightened hyper vigilance the stress definitely eats away at your body and people just think your doing drugs….
