  3. What doesn't make any sense in this story is WHY were there canister rounds containing 123 round steel balls developed, produced, and supplied if not for anti- infantry use ? Of course they were produced for that use. No other reason makes any sense so this story makes no sense unless there was another gun the canister also fit and this Captain just happen to figure out it also fit his anti-tank gun.
