3. I am disabled and from a disabled point of view I believe she did the right thing by trying to protect the gentleman's daughter she saw and was disabled

6. Law enforcement & possibly 911 dispatch as well completely failed this girl… why the fawk was no attempt made to rescue this girl after the 911 call?
   There was likely at least 2 dozen officers scattered around the area paid to do nothing at the time but sit in their cruisers and pulls people over all while this scumbag beats the daylights and strangles this girl.
