2. The police failed Gabriel first by not listening to the father when they forced him to return him! Tammi Smith is an evil woman! What a sick thing she did manipulating the father, only for her own selfishness to adopt a baby.

7. I don’t think this was an issue of postpartum depression. There are women that were truly ill that have done terrible things to their children, but this woman was just evil. Why did nobody take that child away from her knowing that she was leaving him in the crib all day and not feeding him this could have been prevented I’m sorry, but the father should’ve stepped up and took him and gotten out of there. I hope he is still alive❤

11. My heart always broke for this baby and his father. Either that "mother" killed him or gave him away to spite the dad instead of letting him have Gabriel. I hope Logan will find out what really happened to his son one of these days

13. Wow this Tammi lady is crazy! I feel for Logan. As the dad he was not given the right to be the father. She got to kidnap that baby without consequence but he keeps it gor four hours and he gets in trouble….wow!

14. The judge is horrible. Because despite the mother being mentally unstable. How the hell would award custody, even partial to a lady that did a janky adoption. She clearly doesn’t want the baby. How is Logan the petty one? The b*tch met a lady in the airport and just gave him to her?? Shame shame. These judges are trash. Even in DV cases they’ve cost A LOT of ppl their lives.
    Edit: and shame on Tami. She’s just as horrible as the birth mother. Her and the husband should be jailed truly; because what do you mean you gave the baby back to her and tried to take away Logan’s rights?
