I will never understand how women walk alone at 1,2 or 3 a.m.! There is NO way I was ever out until 3a.m. when I was young,NO way! Even at night at 10 or 11, I went out with my friends, no later than that. I was scared to be out too late and we always drove.
Always carry money and call an Uber even if you only live 15 minutes walking distance- the streets are VERY dangerous for women alone at odd hours.

Even if they have a weapon, never ever let them take you to a second location. Fight for your life at the first location. Scream for help. Scream a description of the perpetrator. Keep screaming and fighting even if they start running away. Scream out for people to tell the police which direction they ran. Keep screaming until help arrives!!! So many people hear random screams, and they might think it's the neighbors fighting again, or a TV is too loud. Make sure they know this is real, here, and now. Never walk anywhere at night by yourself. Please stay safe everyone. 💝💛💝
