I absolutely LOVE this woman who is giving directions. Like she is a perfect example of why there need to be more women in the police force. She is firing off directions, thinking WAAY ahead and ensuring that this crime is going to be solved. And it was. While the men bumble about — she is doing things while thinking at a rate of a hundred miles an hour. But I mean, that’s just normal for women. We are the ultimate multitaskers and we always look at the bigger picture. While paying attention to details. Huge kudos to her. Wish every body cam footage I watched had women officers in charge. 😂

Glad that female officer was there on the scene. She's what makes fantastically great crime solving detectives. She refused to let them run with only "guesstimations" of what happened. Her comment about no damage to the bicycles so it couldn't be a hit & run was a quick and brilliant observation under the such chaotic circumstances.
